PARRH is a place to meet new people and have real conversations—without the pressure of profiles, photos, or permanent history. To keep PARRH safe and welcoming for everyone, follow these Guidelines.
Our Core Principles
Be Kind. Be Real. Keep It Anonymous. Stay Safe.
What "Anonymous" Means on PARRH
Identity resets keep conversations fresh. Your public identity resets weekly. Your account persists with your karma score, safety and integrity signals, account standing, and enforcement history.
Anonymous does not mean unaccountable.

Mental Health & Crisis Resources
If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available:
United States:
- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988
- Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741
- SAMHSA National Helpline: 1-800-662-4357
We may reach out proactively if we detect content suggesting someone may be in crisis. This is done with care, not punishment.
What Happens If You Break the Rules
We take a graduated approach to enforcement based on severity and history:
| Action | When Used |
|---|---|
| Warning | First minor violation |
| Content Removal | Violating content is removed |
| Temporary Restriction | Repeated or moderate violations |
| Temporary Suspension | Serious violations |
| Permanent Ban | Severe or repeated serious violations |
Zero tolerance (immediate permanent ban):
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, and any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. All incidents are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Credible threats of violence
- Terrorism content
- Human trafficking
We may report illegal activity to law enforcement when required by law or when there is an imminent threat to life.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you can appeal:
- Email: privacy@parrh.com
- Include: your username, approximate date of the action, a description of what happened, and why you believe the decision was incorrect
- Timeline: we will review and respond within 7 business days
- Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision
