Our Commitment
PARRH, developed and operated by Skillazo, Inc., is firmly committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.
Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE
PARRH has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy applies to all users, all content, and all interactions on the PARRH platform without exception.
Any user found to be involved in CSAE-related activity on PARRH will be:
- Immediately and permanently banned from the platform
- Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- Reported to relevant law enforcement authorities
There are no warnings, no appeals, and no second chances for CSAE violations.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on PARRH:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Any digitally generated, AI-generated, or computer-generated imagery depicting minors in sexually explicit situations
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse
- Links to or solicitation of CSAM on any external platform
Grooming
- Building a trusting relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse
- Soliciting sexual content, images, or acts from minors
- Attempting to engage minors in sexually explicit conversations
- Attempting to lure or entice minors to meet in person for sexual purposes
Sextortion
- Threatening to distribute intimate images of a minor to coerce, extort, or exploit them
- Blackmailing minors using sexual content
Trafficking
- Using PARRH to facilitate the trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of minors
- Recruiting, advertising, or transporting minors for sexual exploitation
Other Exploitative Conduct
- Any attempt to sexualize or exploit minors in any way
- Normalizing, promoting, or advocating for sexual relationships between adults and minors
- Sharing or requesting identifying information about minors for purposes of exploitation
- Any content that endangers the physical or emotional safety of a child
Age Requirement
PARRH is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the service.
- Users must confirm they are 18 or older during the onboarding process
- If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and their data will be deleted
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age
Detection and Enforcement
PARRH employs multiple measures to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE:
Prevention
- Age verification during account creation
- Content moderation systems to detect and flag potentially harmful content
- Automated keyword and pattern detection for CSAE-related content
- AI-powered content analysis to identify potentially exploitative interactions
Enforcement Actions
- Immediate account termination upon detection of any CSAE-related activity
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement purposes
- Reporting to NCMEC and relevant authorities
- Device-level bans to prevent re-registration
Review Process
- Reports of CSAE are treated as the highest priority and reviewed immediately
- Our Trust & Safety team is trained in identifying and responding to CSAE
- All CSAE cases are escalated to senior staff for review and action

How to Report on PARRH
- In-App: Use the Report button available in any conversation or on any user profile. Select "Child Safety" or "CSAM/CSAE" as the reason.
- Email: Contact us at safety@parrh.com with details of the violation.

- FBI Tips: tips.fbi.gov
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF): report.iwf.org.uk
- Local law enforcement: Contact your local police if you believe a child is in immediate danger
Law Enforcement Cooperation
PARRH, operated by Skillazo, Inc., cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE. This includes:
- Filing CyberTipline reports with NCMEC for all confirmed and suspected CSAE incidents
- Preserving relevant user data and content as required by law
- Responding promptly to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, search warrants)
- Providing technical assistance to law enforcement as permitted by law
- Proactive reporting when we believe a child may be at risk of harm
User Responsibility
Every PARRH user has a responsibility to help keep children safe:
- Report immediately if you encounter any CSAE content or grooming behavior
- Do not share or redistribute any CSAM or exploitative content, even to report it — use the reporting tools instead
- Do not engage with users you suspect are minors — report them so we can investigate and protect them
- Be vigilant about suspicious behavior that may indicate exploitation or grooming of minors
Updates to This Policy
PARRH may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practices, or our enforcement capabilities. Material changes will be announced through the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these standards were last revised.
